LASER THERAPY

Laser therapy is able to save teeth by naturally regenerating the surrounding bone. The procedure targets, removes, and kills bacteria within the pockets of your gums while leaving healthy tissue intact to reattach to the root surface. You will leave with less pain, less discomfort, less recession, less sensitivity, and much better and more predictable long-term results.

Dr. Kaufman’s laser optical fiber is significantly thinner and less invasive than most hand instruments. The treatment involves not cutting or bleeding, and you made resume any normal activities — including eating — immediately afterwards.

Laser periodontal therapy and laser gum therapy can be used with almost all patient. Some indications for this approach are: high gummy smile lines or short looking front teeth; very sensitive gums and teeth; loose, shifting, drifting, and moving teeth; swollen and bleeding gums; bone loss and infection around dental implants; and recurrent periodontal infections and disease.
